CEO Vita Verde Serbia

Hans Buster holds a Bachelor in psychology and a Master degree in organizational psychology. He worked as a business consultant for Capgemini on projects for companies such as Philips, Heineken, Red Bull, and TNT. Later on, he worked at Wageningen University organizing coaching workshops for stakeholders of the Dutch dairy industry. As an MBA lecturer at the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship of Southeastern Europe, he lectured courses about HRM and management skills. He is co-founder and CEO of Vita Verde Serbia and Synergy Talents, a company specialized in personal/business coaching and teamwork.
